Benjamin Le Moal has worked with the big names in French cuisine. He accompanies in 2009 Dominique Fonseca (Meilleur Ouvrier de France) at Coq Hardi, then Philippe Mille (2 Michelin stars and Meilleur Ouvrier de France), Relais and Châteaux Les Crayères, and finally Alain Dutournier (2 Michelin stars), at the Carré des Feuillants in Paris.
He launches in 2013 PARIS GASTRONOMIE, company of Private Chef.
In 2014, he created the concept UNIK : Pop up Gastronomic Restaurants. Private mansions, gardens, empty swimming pools, rooftop; UNIK makes you live an exceptional experience with each edition!
Today he transmits his talent at dinners and events as well on Paris as Monaco or Singapore, Jakarta and Australia ...
