THE CHEF BENJAMIN LE MOAL

 

Trained and graduated from the prestigious school Ferrandi, Benjamin Le Moal worked with honorous chef from the French Gastronomie. In 2009 he is going to Le Coq Hardi with Dominique Fonseca (Meilleur Ouvrier de France), then Philippe Mille (2 michelin stars and Meilleur Ouvrier de France) at Le Domaine des Crayeres and to finish he worked with Alain Dutournier (2 Michelin Stars) at Le Carré des Feuillants.

With thoses prestigious Chefs, Benjamin Le Moal acquires the mastery of the product and he is constantly develloping it in his cooking. 

NATHALIE SANCHEZ OF COMPLISS

 

In 2013, Nathalie Sanchez created the COMPLISS Agency. Her willing is to create culinary receptions inside creative, inspiring and exceptional places.

She loves to find premises with character, surprizing and atypical places from the historical museum to the privat cocktail bar.

She joins Benjamin Le Moal to think and to realise with him the 2015 summer season and his next pop-up restaurant which name is « Bistronomic Garden »
